Possible Solution to dns change, try it before posting.

People who have pm'd i do not know what the new dns is! I am after the info myself for a family member.
It has been confirmed that a new dns is available that's all i know.
 
Whats their options spanner? Is there an option of splitting people onto different DNS's and then this at least narrows down the suspects? i.e. If that happens to one DNS then at least you know that the culprit is probably in that one?

Its either that or none of us are going to have normal service being resumed.
 
Surely the seller will give out the new DNS to everyone concerned via email? I sincerely hope so as my line had been down all day too.An email to seller got a response that it is getting sorted so as it was fixed last week quickly when it went down then I have faith it will be fixed again soon.Luckily their is no significant sport on tonight so I can live without it for a while till its sorted.
 
guys can we just contact supplier for new dns if you need one, the more pms that get sent out the more it spreads with the new dns for that server, and more of a chance of shut down again and why you are all in this position in the first place, so please just contact the supplier and keep the new dns safe for everyone.

People need to read all the rules again becuase lots of people clearly are not and are putting the whole thing in serious jepoardy !

Are people thick? If you had read the threads on the subject which you could NOT have As you are ignorant to what people try to tell you. I hope you get the same treatment as many others

Some are moaning I agree.
Some of us have been down for 5 days.
Advice at start was to give supplier a couple of days to get it sorted.
Well a couple of days have expired.
So.....wer'e in limbo. Purchase another 4 lines....they go down?
Or sit on our hands for how long?

My advice to you my friend if do the same as me :) back to regular FTA tv, still tv, millions dont have that privelledge, keep checking this thread, have patience and remember how much ££ you are SAVING, the glass is half full.
Watch a movie, read a book, love your partner/kids, be creative.
Its rememberance day tomorrow so why not have a chat with some1 about that.....reminisce :)

I WOULD NOT BUY NEW LINES....unless you are desperate to watch sly and burn a fairly large un-needed hole in the back-burner near xmas time ..... my 2cents

so when will we know the outcome because I haven't said much on this because I know it normally sorts its self out but when your friends and family keep bloody ringing my phone lol saying any news yet, any news yet, its annoying and I know we all have to keep cool about it because its a good thing, but when granny keeps going about shes missing one foot in the grave (which they have seen hundreds of times) lol its just a pain for the people in the dark

Imagine having hundreds of lines and the fact that one person is giving the info out that spoiling it , they can always go to sky and pay full price or find another server if your seller has gone [emoji106]

Been a real pain this last week but hopefully it sorts itself out

I've tried contacting the seller but the email no longer exists. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Just got home and my line is also down. Haven't heard from the other family members so assume their line with a other provider is still up and running.

Anyone got a valid email for the one which it all started with? A PM would be appreciated, cheers.

To you, and all others who are asking the same question, have you tried the fix from the first few pages?? after that, you just have to either wait while this gets sorted without getting leaked, then banned, or buy another server.

i ask this because that is what i asked on the first time (6th)they went off!
now i am getting the vibe that we should not post these sort of questions.
I will no longer ask these questions if this is for the best!
i feel paranoia is getting the best of me, but i usually found just to ask was best
(never give out DNS , server details )

The new DNS has been out and is being emailed to people from the supplier.

Just get in touch to your supplier and he should be able to let you know.

No one will obviously post it here since it will get blacklisted again then.

Most people asking are unable to contact their supplier as we were all ripped off by the same person who has done a runner, shut down his email account and website etc. hence the reason for asking!
 
yes the reason most of us are here is because we cant contact our supplier so how the hell are we ever gonna get it sorted. looks like we been screwed guys
 
well buy a new line we dont know that your trying screw the servers over , sorry guys if your new i certainly wont be sending you any info !!

can always goo to sky and pay full price
