That's what I've been doing - not including the N... just CWS = then line details but not working for some reason!
So it looks like this:
CWS_KEEPALIVE = 60
CWS = xxxxxxxxxxxx(line details)
Do I have to do anything else because in the past this has worked for me but for whatever reason it's not working this time around.
Best to not use TSPanel. It's recommended by many that you use Softcam Manager instead to stop/start cams on the ZGemma.
- Press the blue button on your remote from any channel, select Softcam Manager from the menu that pops up.
- The relevant button to press is detailed at the bottom of the screen in Softcam Manager, whether you're wanting to start/stop a cam.
Job done.
Updating the line on your box is as simple as FTP'ing into it using a client like Filezilla.
-Pop in the IP address of your zgemma box into the "Host:" box e.g. 192.168.1.65
- Username is root
- Password is root
- Click the "Quickconnect" button
After you've connected, in the "Remote site" box do the following:
- Click the + symbol next to the folder to expand them
- Left click on the "usr" directory, then click on the + symbol to the left of it to expand it.
- Left click on the "keys" folder
- Look in the box below, it will show the keys folder contents
- Right-click on the "newcamd.list" file and select "View/Edit"
- It will open your file in a text editor, now edit your line info as documented in this thread e.g
CWS = s****ser****.no-ip.biz <insert rest of line info here making sure there's no spaces at the end>
...becomes...
CWS = s****ser****.port0.org <insert rest of line info here making sure there's no spaces at the end>
OR
CWS = uk**h***.s*****beer.com <insert rest of line info here making sure there's no spaces at the end>
...becomes...
CWS = uk**h***.mooo.com <insert rest of line info here making sure there's no spaces at the end>
Once you're happy with the edit, save and close. Select edit and replace if you're prompted, then disconnect from your box.
Now go to your box and restart it from the remote. If you've done everything correctly all your channels should now clear just fine. Otherwise you've done something wrong or your line provider hasn't updated their end yet, so contact them.
