For those trying to retrieve their lines manually from openbox try the following

1. Menu
2. World icon and then select camds setup (if you don't get this option press the number 6 on your remote four times)
3. Select mgcamd plug setup
4. Select manage config files

If there is an edit option then choose it and hopefully you should be able to see your current details

I've read all the posts and have changed no-ip.biz to port0.org but still not working for me. Any ideas what to do. Emails bouncing back from reseller and website down.

I have tried and tried to get in contact with server and the server that advertised below surprise no answer from either.How long would it take to setup new email address? No the fault here was Greed nothing less from .... Hope I get my money back but maybe I will win the lottery also!

They're using ddns lines too don't worry. Others can confirm that too.

Sorted GeneralZia line is fine working on my Duo2 when got details and checked can only assume incorrect details put in somewhere just waiting for him to confirm hes sorted his end time for a large beer or ten :)

mobileman send him the mg_cfg file to replace with his there seems to be a few people with the wrong one they had box type B: { 00 } when it should be B: { 06 }

Thanks to all that have helped people like me with a solution. Only problem I have is.... I've lost my line details I've got a open box so cannot not edit on the box itself is there a way I can view/retrieve my line details from the box so Ican edit?

Usb stick in box. Menu/ dump by usb. tick files you want to dump onto usb. Take Usb out. Put usb in Pc/Laptop. Open file and edit using (textedit on mac) (? on windows). Put usb back in box and upgrade via USB

Watch out when changing mg files as some changes to 00 from 03 are to stop boxes zapping internet speed so make sure it's the right 1 also using Openboxes/skybox When dumping files if you get nothing in mg file dumping try CCcam.cfg

Apology for using names of providers and upsetting some members. When you pay for a service it's just common courtesy to address customers and making sure if you have recommended a second provider make sure they reply to you and give you the service offered on the first providers website!

Openbox V8s scrambled channels

I had a similar problem a while back and it was the channel list had been updated, just downloaded a new one and it worked. Hope this helps!

i can see people getting banned for not staying within the rules names and emails are a no no,edit it quickly or face getting banned.
