Chelsea have agreed a fee worth up to £58million with Southampton for the transfer of Romeo Lavia.
The fee is an initial £53m plus £5m in add-ons.
The completion of the move is subject to Lavia completing a medical.
LA Galaxy has confirmed the signing of former Sheffield United forward Billy Sharp on a free until the end of the 2023 season, with an option for 2024.
Sharp, 37, left Sheffield United this summer after joining for a third spell in 2015, helping guide the club from England’s third tier to the Premier League.
Harry Maguire will not be joining West Ham. Man Utd would have needed to replace and they are short on time. Ten Hag sees the 30 year old as an important squad member & is happy for him to fight for place.

Looks like he could be a good one for us, we need at least another CB and CDM and we should be okay. At least we started this season better than last.... I am cautious of our injury list growing, on the plus side a few more key signings mean we should kick on better.
