Problem with 4g+

Can anyone help me i have a Huawei router b525s-23a when its on 4g+ my wifi speed is sometimes slower than 4g i cant stop it going on to 4g+ i have same problem with my phone.anyone know how to stop router going on 4g+

I've no idea what this thread is about.
You don't want it on 3g because it's slow.
You don't want it on 4g because it's slower.
What are you trying to achieve?

There is 4g and 4g+ on a phone and router i am finding 4g+ slower so i want to stop router going on to 4g+

What is 4G+?​

4G+ is another name for LTE-A, LTE-Advanced or 4.5G and it’s basically a faster version of 4G. It works through carrier aggregation, which allows 4G phones to receive data from multiple bands in the 4G spectrum.

So while standard 4G only uses one band at a time, 4G+ can combine two bands for increased speeds. In EE’s case it’s the 1800MHz and 2.6GHz bands which are being combined.

if you have an android phone look in play store for app called Huactrl. You cans et band and toggle network type.
