Problem with webview control for cctv

Hi a coffee shop has brought a cheap Chinese nvr the issue I’ve got is i can connect to the sever from my own pc at home which already has Cctv by Avis etc on it and I’m trying to get it on a new pc but it won’t work I’ve done all active x and compatibility sites etc and the we view is installed to still get keep an error telling me I have got the wrong version any ideas please on IE 11
The server site is e-seenet.com

I can sign in then I get in small red writing staying not the correct version installed of control installed please install or something to that wording which I’ve done serval times I e reset all the settings in tools / internet options etc and redone it over and over again but to no joy I can’t understand why it works on my pc which was set up years ago for Cctv but I use qvis now I just can’t remember if I’m missing something I have also ran XMEye on my pc before

Its looks like active x issue.
Are these your active x settings? make sure you apply settings and restart browser if you change settings .Screenshot 2020-05-24 at 09.28.40.png

These are all the active x setting I’ve checked them against my pc and they match so I’m in a mine field now

Reset all the security settings to default. Change back all active x controls to enable. Apply and reboot browser.
Have you added e-seenet.com to your trusted sites?

Ok i have reset all setting i have added to trusted site and compatibillty view as its IE11
this is a new pc as well i have gone onto cyscape before i reset and that is saying activex enabled false!! what ever that means

sorry just noticed i done that on chrome and IE 11 its saying true

When you login to the site does the red error message install the plugin when you click on it?

yes it does i have installed loads of times and ive also removed it and installed again
sorry to be a pain i just cant understand whats and why it wont load

I have just set up a dummy account and i get the same error message as you.
I will have a mess about to see if i can find the issue

thats great thank you so much i have another pc to do after this one i will keep trying at my end as well and will let you know if anything changes
