Python has encountered a problem and needs to close rebooting

My trusty Zgemma encounters a problem quite often when changing channels. Blue screen lots of writing and above message
Anyone ever had this. Still getting this after updating to Open ATV 7-6-0 . Once rebooting is ovrer OK for perhaps 2 hr session
Motorised 46e 30 w although I only use 28e 23e 19e 13e 11e 30w .8 1.9 bulsat Any ideas welcome I did factory reset sometime ago.

Factory resets dont solve anything, they are not as they sound they wont clear anything other then user data.

If i was you i would flash the latest image but dont allow it to use settings file backups. Start from scratch install just what you need.

Ah I did use backups after upgrade. I will try again tomorrow, thanks

what plugins are installed, could be one of them is running and causing the issues.

Look at the crash logs should give you an indication

I will look at the log file and if all is not understood I will do a full reset with no backup files used. But most of the time it is OK. I only does it when I'm in flicking around mode.

Might be better to report the problem to ATV so it can be fixed for everyone if possible. Default location will be home/root/logs

Crash logs are generated automatically and are different to debuglogs. Crash logs do not need to be enabled.

Still got this box and going well just updated to beta 8 42e to 30 w triax 1.1 pole mount, I did fit a small cooling fan from a old video recorder. I took supply from board 6v if I rember right perhaps it was 12v as is on fan. This runs silently 24/7 no freezes or lockups.
