Radio code needed for Philips Car 400 vauxhall astra car radio.

Hi, my friend just bought a 1995 Corsa with only 30k on the clock but the radio is in safe mode. It's an old SC201C (without display) radio cassette.

Serial Number is GM0201R1503724. Can anyone provide the code??

I accidentally disconnected my battery on my Astra, Now the radio is showing "safe" in the display, can anyone tell me the code to unlock it? It's a Philips CAR 400 2F3, no. 09 136 106, The serial number is GM 0400X2530710. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Remove the radio from the car and after all the letters and numbers on any of the labels, bar codes, and stamped metal body.

Hi, sorry I don't really understand what you mean.

Are you saying that the numbers I posted weren't enough? Because that's basically everything it said.

To make it easier, here's the picture of the detachable code thing.

Do I have to check behind the whole radio perhaps? Detach it and check the rear of it?
