ZGEMMA H2 cable channels lost/advice

Hi, I purchased a ZGEMMA H2 off ebay a couple of weeks ago to replace my dads Kryptview A780, this came with a channel gift for v!rgin.

This has worked for 2 weeks but since Saturday no channels (including freeview) are showing any picture.

I've rebooted Box and router, did another channel scan but nothing happening.

I know my way about these boxes as I've has a zgemma star s2 for my house (sky) and have put on the ccam.cfg without any problems, for my sky gift its in the etc.. folder but on my dads box it is in the /usr/keys folder, is this correct?

On my sky zgemma star s2 I can go into softcam manager and see my server details displayed however on the cable zgemma h2 box nothing is displayed within softcam manager.

I've checked channels and he can get BBC1, BBC2, ITV, CH4, CH5 all in SD, HD is not working.

Obviously it looks as if his gift is broken/not working, can anyone advise or provide me with a test V1rgin gift to test?
