Recording on SD card

Can someone please advise how to set up box to record onto plug in SD card.
I have initialised the card on the box but won’t record?

Does your recording path in settings point to the SD card?

Should be something like MENU > SETUP > TIMESHIFT AND RECORDINGS to get into the settings.

Timer recording location is /media/mmc/lost+found/

If you're using an SD card as a HDD replacement I would set it up as /media/hdd in the mount settings.

Still no joy.

I haven't got a H9 but if you power off and remove all other storage, you should be able to mount the sd as /media/hdd
