Removing xc plugin

I've added xc by putty that I was given by a provider I want to remove it now from my box can anyone help

You installed xc plugin via putty? I'm guessing but if it's a plugin then menu plugins and think green button to delete??? If you installed a script via putty that's another story and I don't know sorry.

Press green button or portal button and open dream explorer.

look in usr/lib/enigma2/python/plugins/extensions

delete the xc plugin folder and reboot box

Strange the box wants a password in plugins. Have you tried root which is the default password and user name.

If you installed via putty it can't delete the xc plugin through the remove plugins method anyway.

I found installing an OE script via putty which added a bouquet to my TV guide to be the best way to go.

Integrated IPTV into my TV guide and lots of channels have a full TV guide. Then I created some extra bouquets like sport and movies and copied IPTV channels into them.
