Restore deleted groups from xtream editor

Hi guys I was playing around with extrem editor yesterday started a template and disabled some groups. I think I've deleted some groups by mistake, anyway to restore deleted groups without redoing a new template? Thanks.

if you go to templates and click the drop down on template ( resync force) it should bring back any deleted. If they were disabled will appear down the botton greyed out area

Thanks but still the same, I might just delete template and start again.

one other thing to try click the drop down and choose selected groups.

check you have on selected all
