SKYBOX F5 No HD

Hi guys,
just got this box on saturday, switched on mgcamd with appropriate file, getting Single Definition channels clearing but no HD, got me completely baffled, can you enlighten me please,

maybe your se3ve3 dont do the HD subs check with your supplier of your sub !

What do you mean by HD channels not clearing? Is it coming up scrambled or do you just get black screen? If its the latter it might be the resolution on your tv.

HD channels work on my dreambox but not the F5, still baffled,

...but as fatboy070664 asked, does the message "scrambled" come up on the screen or is it just blank?

If it's blank, have you tried all the video output sockets (composite, scart, HDMI)?

contact your line s3rv3r supplier if scrambled. thats nothing to do with the picture output from your satbox.

HD channels work on my dreambox but not the F5, could it be that server can detect a different IP on th F5, I'm clutching a t straws now, maybe have to take another sub to see if thats the case,

it won`t be that m8 try changing the setting in the box and try putting the line in cccam.config file instead can i ask wot kind off line cline or nline

changed setting in F5 to same as DB800SE, was using newcamd list with mgcamd same as DB also got nlines from my serverand put them in cccam, exactly the same thing happens, bummer,

hi m8 is it all hd channels try itv hd and if no good try downloading a new channel list

all free to air HD channels ok, Ive replaced the channel list umpteen times so far, also changed image file a few times even tried an earlier one as well,

are u using the same line in both box`s and are the sd channels working on f3 like sky sports 1 2 3 4 and when u try the line in f3 do u turn the dm off

try this unplug dm no cables at all connect f5 the turn ur router off for 30 seconds reboot everything and see if they come on

What I do is remove DB800 swap over F5 to same leads, it's the same file in the DB800 I use in the F5, I also have restarted router as well,
no change,

Can you tell what version of CCcam in you DB800SE ? 2.1.4 , 2.2.1, or 2.3.0 ?

the cam is 2.3

Don't know if this helps but ive tried cccam 2.3 & mgcamd, both worked but both would not show HD channels,
took th f5 up to my mates & put his server file in & got the same results, free to air HD fine, but scambled HD would not show.

Delete the old HD channels ,TRY to search the HD channel again, Maybe some program database error .
