skyQ Skin V3.000 (New Layout)

Its the Same on mine aswell
I am getting 3 question marks on my Mutant HD51 on the front display. If I change the skin to any other skin the channel name reappears (BBC 1), use this amazing skin again 3 question marks instead of BBC1. Hope someone can help.

I’m having the same problem with guys duo2 chabs can you help

I think thats down to the font of the LCD pannel as I have not skinn that. I will try and sort that in the next update.

good evening chubs
I use your screen and I really like it
image atv 6.4, zgemma h9s
there are two questions how to overcome these problems in the photo?
thanks

The channel selection Screen

You need to press Menu - Settings - change number of rows to 12

The other one is down to the skin code as you are using foreign language, it needs more space for time and date...will have to remove the enable wrap code on the widget...

Many thanks, great skin by the way, I don't know if this helps, but it stopped working after an openvix update (5.3 13 to 5.3.20) and before I updated your latest update, it has been like this for a while with the question marks instead of channel info (before and after your update). However if I revert back to 5.3.12 it works fine. For your information, any other skin works fully with no issues.

many thanks again
David

I was wondering if anyone could help me with the following. I like to have everything looking as good as possible and looking at the screenshots from Chabs, I’m missing a few things.

i have attached a screenshot of how my screen looks on the left hand side under “tv guiand then below is the screenshot from chabs.

if anyone is able to help I would be very appreciative.
Thanks

Another one here with the 3 ??? On display panel on my mutant hd51 box. I love the skin and it is 'wife friendly' so don't wanna ditch it. I've had to go back to an older build of openvix to get channel names back on.

I have sorted this in the end

Hello Chabs, amazing work as usual on all your skins (y)

I notice on your channel bouquets, you do not have a small white folder Icon I’ve messed around with the settings without being able to find the solution to hiding these? Have I installed this properly? I’m using OpenAtv

Did you get this sorted

Chabs did you manage to sort out the three question marks on the lcd
Thanks

There can be 2 reason for this.

First i see that @Chabs as he also say dont skin the windowstyle for lcd and minitv screens

This is th basic code for this and i have set the code to just simple black and white.

<!-- Main screen colors (id=1 LCD) -->
<windowstyle type="skinned" id="1">
<color name="Background" color="#000000" />
<color name="LabelForeground" color="#ffffff" />
<color name="ListboxBackground" color="#000000" />
<color name="ListboxForeground" color="#ffffff" />
<color name="ListboxSelectedBackground" color="#000000" />
<color name="ListboxSelectedForeground" color="#ffffff" />
<color name="ListboxMarkedBackground" color="#000000" />
<color name="ListboxMarkedForeground" color="#ffffff" />
<color name="ListboxMarkedAndSelectedBackground" color="#000000" />
<color name="ListboxMarkedAndSelectedForeground" color="#ffffff" />
<color name="WindowTitleForeground" color="#ffffff" />
<color name="WindowTitleBackground" color="#000000" />
</windowstyle>
<!-- Main screen colors (id=2 Color OLED (ColorLCD)) -->
<windowstyle type="skinned" id="2">
<color name="Background" color="#000000" />
<color name="LabelForeground" color="#ffffff" />
<color name="ListboxBackground" color="#000000" />
<color name="ListboxForeground" color="#ffffff" />
<color name="ListboxSelectedBackground" color="#000000" />
<color name="ListboxSelectedForeground" color="#ffffff" />
<color name="ListboxMarkedBackground" color="#000000" />
<color name="ListboxMarkedForeground" color="#ffffff" />
<color name="ListboxMarkedAndSelectedBackground" color="#000000" />
<color name="ListboxMarkedAndSelectedForeground" color="#ffffff" />
<color name="WindowTitleForeground" color="#ffffff" />
<color name="WindowTitleBackground" color="#000000" />
</windowstyle>
<!-- Main screen colors (id=3 Color LCD (Mini-TV)) -->
<windowstyle type="skinned" id="3">
<color name="Background" color="#0d1940" />
<color name="LabelForeground" color="#ffffff" />
<color name="ListboxBackground" color="#000000" />

<color name="ListboxMarkedAndSelectedForeground" color="#ffffff" />
<color name="WindowTitleForeground" color="#ffffff" />
<color name="WindowTitleBackground" color="#000000" />
</windowstyle>

Other reason is the summary screens in the skin.xml

If you open the skin.xml file with Notepad++ and then search for for the word: summary
you find some screens named something+summary just delete them from the skin.xml
and problem should be fixed for older lcd screens.

If you want to use the windowstyle code it should be inserted into the skin.xml after this code: </windowstyle>

Its a bit complicated but if you need help just upload your skin.xml and i will add it for you to test
