Sly 1 HD freezing on adverts

Hi. Weird one.....does anyone find that Sly 1 HD freezes just as the adverts are about to start on their iptv?

Only seems to happen on this channel, streams are perfect but as soon as it gets to ad break it all locks up. I have tried this on h2s, fire tv, smart tv.....all do the same.

It's not my provider cos I have had several trials and they all do the same....the only connection I can find is it's the stream with the globe in the top left corner.

Not a massive issue as I don't really care about sly 1 adverts it's just a bit annoying. As I say only does it on this 1 channel and once ads are finished the stream is spot on.

Thought I would ask to see if anyone has seen this and managed to fix it. It's all over my suppliers fb page with people trying to fix this.

Kinda depends on what speed your getting your end etc etc.is it not at the server end because te supplier has said so ?

my speed is around 40-45 so well enough. I believe in can be the device or app/software your using though

ok that's more than enough I would say that if it's having problems on all of your devices then it def is not your end as iptv should work fine with all of them.it' a bit strange because the freezing adverts problem seems to popping up a lot the last few days.

Its more buffering then when I tried it at a friends house it had a picture but no sound

Do some lines need VPN?

No its a myth that VPN has to be used your end.say if there getting blocked for sports having a VPN your end wont do anything about it.

I've heard differently to be fair. I got a trial of a company

Seems like it will never be 100% perfect - always some sort of issue

fabiptv are well know and apparently state vpn will omit this. I thought it was too many people watching the same channel therefore causing the issues which they denied.

You would of thought that but if it was the case it wouldn't just do it on the adverts.ive never needed one on my iptv and iv'e seen quite o lot of vets on here don't use it too. I don't think your supposed to mention the supplier (might have to edit and remove the name).

Ah in that case it could be a over subscribed server then.but I really don't think it's your end....and you could end up getting a VPN only to have the same issue

I only get freezing on Sly 1 HD, adverts only. I tried using my streams on an Amazon Fire with a VPN running and it made no difference, all my supplier ever says is it works perfectly at their end, so I tried other suppliers, same thing happened. Fair enough, it could well be something at my end, but I just cannot figure out what. TB is my ISP, smart setup is turned off, so are parental controls.....if anyone has any advice on what else I can do, it would be appreciated.

Sly 1 SD, stream works fine, I do get the odd bit of pixelating, but again only on Sly 1......must be something to do with that channel, it doesn't make sense how my ISP would only be blocking that channel.

VPN is needed on some suppliers - but only for Premier League matches.

The Premier League are able to instruct ISPS to block Servers that they know are streaming Live Premier League games. Most Suppliers have managed to figure out a way of circumnavigating this block already and so will still work without a VPN, others do require you to have a VPN running when Premier League games are on to get around the ISP block. At no other time will a VPN be needed or helpful though as all it will do is slow your speed.

I was told that this may have been the issue watching soxnation ppv event. could this have been possible.

who told u that? if provider is blacked out during a premiership game, then using a vpn at your end does unblock it.

I'm just saying what I've seen on here what I've found with my experience if your supplier says it then fair enough...... I'm also aware of suppliers that say it to goo customers off !
