You need to provide as much information as possible.
What have you tried?
Is it plugged in?
Does it have internet?
Has the sub expired?
Does anything appear on screen like menus etc?

everything is loaded just won’t play my provider is trying to help me as well I have turned the router and the tv off for 30 minutes then turned the router on first then the tv it loads and will play the first channel you pick then won’t work any other channel afterwards.

I would check the portal you’ve entered or has it changed.
Uninstall any un-used apps also if you have android phone install stb emu pro and imitate the Mac from smart stb and see if same issue another option tether from your phone to tv so your tv is charging n mobile data.
Are all firewall settings ect on your router off get your provider to delete your sub off his panel and re add it are you using http or https and are you using /c/ or just /c also try taking port number out of your providers dns

Sounds like a issue connecting to server
Try on your mobile see if you get the same results.

use stb emu and just change details to match mag. Personally I would get a firestick and use supplier app or IMPLAYER

Try with just /c and no port number bud also you could always ask for your line to be converted to username and password and ask your provider to set you up on iboplayer on your smart tv or nanomid.
Plus delete the dns off smart stb website and try to re enter it without the port number and just put/c on end

i changed it to just c it come on but no other channels would work after i have emailed my provider to delete my subs and reinstall them just waiting to see what he says.thanks again for the help.

enter your url in browser to see if live & correct:: does the portal load on tv: as b4 loading just press ok on remote to access your servers..if you login to smart stb. Net u have full remote control over all you setup related to your paid mac

Have you disabled your ISP blocking as detailed in post #12?

Have you tried this line/provider on a different device?

Yes just got scam protection on, my iPad works with the same provider using Wi-Fi

Could be supplier getting blocked I think there's a good bit going around at the moment.
