Yes just got scam protection on, my iPad works with the same provider using Wi-Fi

Could be supplier getting blocked I think there's a good bit going around at the moment.

I assume youtube works and if not does tv need to unplugged and updated again as that happens my Sony is why i mention it.

Try hotspot to the device to rule out an ISP or router issue. If it’s still the same grab a mag trial and see if that works on WiFi and hotspot it will tell you whether it’s the sub, app or ISP/router causing it

You use the mobile hotspot in your phone for internet instead of the WiFi. If it still doesnt work then it’s not your internet that’s the issue
