starview 1 box went down no channels working HELP.

Yeah channels missing are the movie, sport and a few others :(

Just trying noelyf idea of the factory reset ect will keep you's informed.

starview not working properly

Hi all,

Can anyone help?

3 days ago I lost half the channels off my starview box. I uninstalled/reinstalled, emu is on and still half channels wont work! I can get some like sky 1 and some of the kids channels but the movie channels don't work other than film 4!

I have checked with my providers website(TW) and it syas all services are 'good'

I am out of ideas!

Your area (Wolverhampton) is in the process of switching to nagra 3 unfortunately.

I did look for information on net but couldn't find anything and to be honest it was the first I'd heard of anything switching over at all lol
