Hey there i followed your instructions for the SV 7 and when i get to the bit where i have to put in the number 8989 under accessory, nothing happens...Any ideas? i have left the screen on sky sports 1 for about 10 mins now and it just says scramble!

Move it to your usb pen
install
restart
do a factory reset
scan for channel in your area
when channel scan complete
go to a channel and type 1819
wait a few minutes and connection should be esablished

Added after 25 minutes:

once i have downloaded the carling firmware onto my box ive followed the step by step but when it says goto network then onto ustream my box now doesnt have the ustream option setting to pick its missing

please help

hi folks gerrry here i new to to this. i have a ? for you. whats the most simply wa to get cable i have v.media paying all in 55 a month. what box do i get starview 7? also how does it work wa internet? do i have to pay to get cable wa internet thanks folks

Does this work with a Starview 6 with no web access?

The new FW is 'the show must go on' and it works on both starview 6 and 7,

also you need an internet connection

Hello could I use the newest firmware (ShowMastGoOn) for my Starview Combo HD LAN?

ive sv7 when i have put new firmware on ,it says hilight accessory and on the remote press the numbers "8989"
you will then see "K*yedit" appear on the right hand side, go to it and press ok nothing happens no emulator or regedit cheers

Carling 1.4 does not work, see threads. Search for ShowMustGoOn, quite number of channels clearing with this.
