Renewed my subs 20/10, expired 23/10 - box still not working

my daughter paid subs in august still waiting

the starview site has gone again, they said between the 1st - 4th of nov boxes will be back on, paypal stopped my payment going through for new subs so there must be big major probs with starview.

We are working on expanding the system and carrying out key maintenance work, once the work has been competed we can start accepting new activations and bring the system back to normality.

well the last time it went down and came BACK ON all blocked boxes were fixed... so this time it cud be ALL activation are sorted too..
