starview not connecting/old software

same in london not connected switched off at waLL still nothing also when switched off then on expiry date disappears until next connection

Down in Birmingham, tried rebooting but no luck :damn:
I want the expiry date to come round so i have an excuse to beat the crap out of the box

I can confirm that rebooting the firmware worked for me too!

Its back on now, just left my box off for awhile... :)

Ok, i just contacted MyStarview. They simply said to reinstall the software and it should work. Anyone having problems try reinstalling it and see how you get on

Turn off the box from the back & on again & you should get everything it worked for me.

you should know by now the common fix for any lan box is to power off at rear box modem and router for 30 secs then on,let it get a reconnection and it should work again,common thing to find out is how your box works/or not.
