Starview users OUR OPINION until channels are back IF EVER.

It's a very easy option to keep switching the only form of contact on and off at will and is a massively powerful tool to avoid recriminations and comeback.

There's little doubt in my mind most of the regular posters over there were very probably one and the same person, or a very small handful of people, all spouting the same rubbish, and all the time, persuading people to hand over more of their hard earned and never intending to provide anything.

It's almost ironic that the posters on this forum saw through the scam months ago and the advice was to avoid at all costs, yet people kept handing over money over there like there was no tomorrow.
I can't believe that place will resurrect itself again but with the bare faced cheek of these scammers...............nothing will now surprise me.
 
hi need a bit of advice my s/v still on but i am just about to get a vu solo sly box what is the best sat dish to purchase as im new to sky and dont want to buy wrong one

Well i think you now have your answer to the Sv problem, their website is yet again gone, is it for good who knows but for the people that has paid no for the people that where going to pay yes.

Hopefully this will be an end to the situation once and for all

Any normal sly dish will be fine if it just normal sly channels you want to watch

So now jim will fix it is gone, its now Dave will fix it, do hope he dont end up the same way as Jim lol maybe Dave tried to fix it and broke it lol sure dont ya know it will be we where hacked by vergin so it will take another 6mts for the channels to come back lol
 
its a sad day for gary1965 mr no life has no bums to kiss and as for purple dave tornados hero his tech advice as blown their site up
 
http://www.techkings.org/members/mrbeattie.html mr beattie your post makes alot off sence and igree with u starview has always been about money thats why they done it in the first place.in the old n1 days i had a dbox because i found them better than starview.people buy starview because there cheap simple as that u can make all the jokes u like im not the one who has been silly enough to pay them and cardshare was never put in place to be used like this my posts were never to defend starview but alot will try and make it that way.some have even paid more than once whats that all about u need to go and get someone to give u a good kick up the back side.

What did i tell people they would take the money close down the site and that would be the end of them looks like i was right never to be seen again, once they changed from PayPal to Worldpay i smelt a rat especially as they dont give refunds that was the big plus side for paypal at least you could get your money back.

Ahh well at least the wait and the drama is all over and people can no move on, as one poster said a bit back not surprised that most of the people on there posting in the shoutbox where one and the same its very simple a moderator or admin can change their names in the shoutbox at will, and i did say that overthere and the posts where removed.
 
Boxt i beleave they will be back because off the money side off things they may even come back at some point with a new name and new box and start over,your also find alot off the same people will pay in to it again thats the way it goes.If there site came back today and all chans were working and people were being put on u no as well as i do people would pay.
 
Prob true what i cant understand there is a cable box working with all channels and no subs do people not do their homework !!
 
no they dont do there homework u only have to look at what most off them r saying we could start with the f3 box yes it works its cheap but they seem to think its some kind off god they now call it the f3 server box then u look whats the first thing alot of them do when they get one,try and put new firmware on it dont back up the one it comes with so now on all the forums your reading my box will not turn on my box is doing this and that.So if your box works and u only want to watch tv leave it a lone.lol

Very, very likely to be the case. As i've already said, SV are actually technically pretty good with their only real problems being greed and the muppets they let loose to run the subscription side of things. They've got stacks of boxes to sell though so undoubtably they'll be back in one guise or another.

I suppose the same sort of response they used to get from yourself on their forum, not funny anymore is it when the shoe is on the other foot and you dont have jake to remove the posts so what do you expect.

Funny how things change and now your on TK as you used to say to them.
