Starview yet another rip off of their customers

hi ospreynchick does kiddy still work for sv? if he does how come he dose not answer to any email. btw sv team have ******up a big time. remember you can fool some people some of the time, you can't fool all people all of the time time. good luck with fixing the problem!
 
I have been with Starview for 1year and 6 month. I think the service is great. I think they do a great job. I know there are issues they have been having but give them time to fix. At the end of the day if you go with sky then you have to pay.

Think the issue is people dont know what is happening to Starview Team. Only if they can explain and keep there users updated it would be great

M1nz I agree with u 100% but that's what web site for people think because they did keep changing dates for a fix .
yes dates keep changing because the things tried to fix issue failed as every one knows now boxes still working now with channels on the hd returning this hopefully won't take long for activations
the boys will bring it back

do you think we could get activations back today then ospreynchick ???? i only ask to see if its worth plugging the starveiw 7 back in
 
Would be better if it was for pre-Nov members only, as those that are using more than one usename appears to be on the increase recenty.

Yes the Mods have caught those using duplicate accounts and they have been shown the door.

Why vote when system down try doin that when system up and running for a fair comparison other wise it just a low punch against star view

I am still trying to keep the faith, mainly due to being one of those fooled by ongoing promises. I renewed my sub for '12' months early October, blissfully unaware that there was any problems with activations. When our Sv went down, started to look at forums to find that there had been probelms with activations since July. I put in a claim for paypal but then cancelled it after the 'threats' of being removed from system and foolishly thinking that we would be back up and running 1st-3rd Nov! I cannot process a claim through paypal now :-(. The question I want answered is why did sv keep taking subs if they knew there was a problem back in July. Most users simply enjoy there sv, loyally renew and never look at forums. Activations should have been blocked months ago!!
 
I hope your site and boxes don't suffer the same fate at some time and find yourself on someone else's site askin for help what goes around comes around I thought it was them and us you can only win the battle if you stick together strength come in nnumbers so who side yous one
 
hi ospretnchick how do you know all this are you in contact with them all the time ? and if you could tell what is the last hurdle ?
 
You can have refund and when system up and running re sub your box number and it will work no boxes are getting banned if you have refund it was said your box number will be removed from system but can be read at any time once activations are sorted this is not a problem you are entitled to refund no one will stop that some people saying you can only get refund in time limit of pay pal not true you can get one by emailing star view directly star view are in no way here to rip you off you pay for a service and that is what you will get ASAP

Starview are not replying to emails.
 
i dont want a refund i think the service is great and well worth the money i cant wait for me box to come back on ive been with sv for over a year and never had a problem the last time i subbed it went on ok so dont know why it didnt this time but all said and done i dont mind waiting (well i do ) lol but i have to lets hope the guys sort it soon
 
Star view will respond to email very busy they will get back to you Evan if it takes days email is the only contact with team for moment
