Have you added your line yet you need to purchase a line/gift/server to unscramble the channels for the terminology have a read here http://www.techkings.org/general-satellite-discussion/93169-general-satellite-terminology.html hopefully that will give you a bit of understanding of how these boxes work

Yeah I know, im looking for some help. Im able to do the ftp part but dont know if im putting in the rest stuff for my line, i watched youtube video for help with line info but not sure if thats where im going wrong.
