Explain?? What exactly is happening? Have you input a sub onto the box, what box do you have? The more info you give, the better reply you get.

ok so i have set everything up my cline showing not active when i have my ethernet wire in only not satelite is that normal>??

yep only ethernet wire to see if my cline was active....do i need both ethernet and coaxle for it to work and come online?
 
so only ethernet wire will not show it active? the probem is i have ethernet in my room and coax downstaires haha the free chanels are working when i tested downstaires but when i test with ethernet to see if cline is online it says not active so you are saying i need both in to it to work and other chanels?? i will check at my brothers house tomorrow

If your gift line is working then it should show as "online" when you plug in the ethernet cable, whether your LNB cable is connected or not.

Do you have DHCP set to ON in the network settings menu?

hi its showing no active .....my gdhcp is set to on please help also giftline has tick next to it but says no active

Are the green & amber lights on the ethernet socket on the box & router alight?

Is your cline a test line or is it a longer one?
 
hi all working now i put cine in but when ticking it i presed exit all the way out then restarted it worked ....first i just pressed exit once and restarted it did not work but now working thanks anyways!!
 
Do you have any updated ones for this Quarter?

I've sort of reset my box and sort of ballsed it up so need to find the correct sky channels that I previously had! And the satellites as well this information has all been altered.
