Has your provider not got a support group

Try and connect to it if you can, always helpful to see you aren't the only one
Have you tried the usual fixes on your side such as switching off your router and device at mains for 5 minutes, logging out, with and without vpn, uninstalling app and reinstalling, checking network connection on device etc

Illegal streaming gang jailed for cut-price Premier League subscription service

They had 30 employees working for them, that's a fair workforce! 11 year sentence for the boss, hope he's allowed WiFi in his cell so he can still catch the 3pm kick offs.
Ironically he will probably get free Sky Sports inside, but as one gets busted a few more pop up. Bosses of IPTV are wise now, they rarely sell to the end user, they sell credits to resellers, who then sell to Joe public.....

Indeed!

Makes sense regarding the resellers, so far up the chain the true identities are hidden (as much as possible) make the re-sellers take the risks.

I'm fairness one of them was found to be a nonce if you read the article
One of them, Christopher Felvus, 36, was also found guilty of voyeurism and possessing indecent images of children, discovered on his computer.

But none of the resellers were prosecuted, just the top brass, unless you think five or six of them managed to get 10,000 clients each (50,000 end users)
