The right satelite receiver?

Hello im about to buy a new satelite receiver for my motorised satelite dish.. i need it to work HD and with CCCam servers. And preferable fair in price.

I was thinking of skybox F5s?

Let me hear yor opinions.

If you have gone to the expense of fitting a motorised dish
I would buy a better box.

Blade, easy to set up, DM800, VU+solo2 also comes to mind.
Linux based boxes are a bit more fiddly to set up but are suited to a motorised setup.

Well i already have a motorised dish actually..

So Blade is good? DM800 is a dream box right?

Yeah, both good boxes, single tuner, 7 day EPG.
Blade will be easier to setup, dreambox is linux so
a bit more to it.

and i can use cline on blade for cccam? where can this box be bought? i havent heard of it before

Maybe Blade is out of stock at the mo,
It may be worth a quick email for advice.

You can run a C or N line.

Just google blade bm7000 there are plenty about.

I'd go with Blade as well. Tried a few different similar sat boxes, and the Blade 7000s was prefered in my opinion. Check ebay if you cant get one anywhere else. Good luck.

Blade is a good box I have just up graded to VU+duo2 but the blade served me well and at 150 they good value.
