upgrade by usb

can anyone tell me why my epg upgrade from my usb flashes in a second and doesn't appear to read my usb. when I go into my epg it's blank, it might be a stupid question but its doing my head in

You will get a better response if you tell us what box you have
and describe what you have been doing in more detail.

We're good !! but not that good !!!! lol

it's a Libertview box. I've downloaded the epg a number of times and followed the same process, upgrade by USB, add file and upgrade with no problem. Now it just flashes in seconds as if it hasn't read the USB. Might be something stupid but I've not changed anything!!!!

try formatting the usb to fat 32, then try again

thanks for the info, Ive not had to unzip the file before as I've just copied the file from my download folder which has worked before. This will be the issue as the file isn't being read, not sure why this has happened though
