Ironically I have just received a message from my provider stating that all clients who have these should issues a VPN and that it cannot be used with MAG or smart tv....
now I have liberty shield VPN already and god know it should not work with a mag... I think it's a lot of rubbish ... I may need to change provider...once my 3 months contract have expired.
