Full blind scan brought up all the channels on the fixed dish.

plugged the box into the motorised Dish and can't get a lot of the Sky channels and none of the TNT sport so it's definitely the dish alignment

Had a builder in today & he’s drilled thru my Ethernet feed buried in the wall, to the Viark box. So gonna have to go wireless 😒. Anyone recommend a dongle. Hate relying on WiFi, impossible to throw another cable in too. Will just a USB WIFI off Amazon do?

It comes with one, take a look in the box, its a foldable antenna looking thing.

Had the same yesterday, it came back on after a short time.

Update software on your box all the servers have been updated, unless you do those channels will not work.

As well as following @kegnkiwi mentioned updating your firmware, youll need to rescan also frequencies for some channels have changed.

Download latest fw for your box ,
save your channel list
Flash new fw
Reload channel list , any channel not clearing rescan that particular TP.

Only if pids have changed or new channels added will the old tp need rescanning, otherwise latest tp for tnt for example will want adding.

I have a viark sat 4k. I use it for 19.2 and 28.2 only. Not for iptv. My subscription has just ended. I'm very confused about how to renew. I do know it was a Spanish box originally, bought on eBay and with the sub already in it. I have been following this thread on and off to get help with updating etc but I'm totally lost on this....... sp1/sp2/Europe/Spain/forever server???? Not a clue where to get one, how much should it cost and how long do subs last etc........thanks

I got my bundle second hand so didn't need to buy it from a website so I don't know the reliable places to buy them.
