Does anyone else feel the picture on the Viark 4K is a bit ‘flat and fuzzy’ ?

I think is a pretty decent picture, I put the man u games on yesterday on Digi alb and at the same time tried it on my iptv supplier. Wow what a difference satellite is.
Check your video settings, needs to be set to highest frame rate.

So how did you fix it ?
After applying the correct video settings id say the pic quality is good. Side by side with my UE not a lot in it.
I used another tv the one I had wasn't smart tv
So not an issue you had with the Viark then but the TV you have it connected to. Anything running at 720p and not 4k as the Viark is capable of will look poor.

Turns out it was a HD channel I was watching but with SD content!
Will a Viark 4K power a diseqc motor? I’ve had boxes with smaller power supplies over the years give it a go but stop moving the dish after a few seconds.

The sat 4k models have no issues driving a motor it’s the DRS2 model that sometimes has issues.

Gonna stick a cheap diseqc motor on my dish I think then.
Just wanted to make sure it would move it. I had an eagle box, DM clone a good few years back and every time I asked it to move the dish, the box would turn off

The older firmwares were really bad on the DRS2 and you had to go from V to V channels if you tried moving the dish from or to a horizontal channel it would throw up an LNB error and the dish wouldn’t move however the latest updates have resolved the issue and it works fine now (99% of the time) without having to worry about the channel polarisation.

Update :- I’ve found it.
Is there a menu on the Viark 4K where I can see the signal strength and quality for a transponder?
I know it shows on the channel info bar but I want to find tune my dish.

Plenty on flea bay shipping from Germany, be interested to know if anyone has purchased from Europe since Brexit and know what import duty and tax they had to pay on top of the original purchase/shipping costs.
