Just tring sport 2 opening for me on v8uhd. English comms on the game too. All other tring channels not opening.

I’ve just updated to latest on v8 uhd and as others have said TS1 comes and goes. TS news clears. TS2-7 all white. I’m going to try scanning same frequencies into viark 4k on latest update.
 
ok i have finally updated my viark 4k to latest firmware and rescanned 16.e. I pulled TRING sports but 1-3 HD are all grey . I get signal but no picture.
I wanted to ask, now that i have done that, how do i save my channel list to usb to that when i update i dont have to rescan 16.e everytime to pull in the TRING channels.

Oh tring sports 2 has just turned orange but its really choppy.

On Your Viark

To backup your list

Menu
Net and Games
USB.

Press EPG then 1113.
Select USB Stick
Press ok to save the channels.

To restore

Menu
Net and Games
USB

Highlight your backup and press ok

Hi just question for you guys who had this reciever and more experienced than I re viark sat 4k , had the reciever for couple weeks now has I said previous post downloaded current working PT software trying slowly to sort channel list per satellite how I want it , I have had the reciever , while operating it channel editing moving ect, suddenly all channels going white on epg nothing opening showing disconnected to server when i check , happened quite thew times yesterday only way to bring it back disconnect from power then reconnect, just wondering is this common ? Or have I bought dud also went to turn it on yesterday from standbye the mute symbol on and again despite repeatedly pressing mute wouldn't come off had to power off from plug again ? Thanks for replies

Not sure about the disconnecting issue but how are you connected to the internet?
