VOD issue Samsung TV Smart IPTV


New here so please be kind..
Smart IPTV has stopped playing VOD on mySamsung TV. The channels all work fine but when I try a VOD I get a connection failed message. All was ok until about 3 days ago.
the playlist provider and sip.eu have confirmed that there have been no changes at there end. I have

Thanks for your quick reply..
I have deleted the app then reinstalled. Reset smart hub also without success. I’ve also tried Samsung technical help and thy couldn’t find a solution. Even tried resetting the tv back to the original settings... surely I must be missing something...

have you tried uploading the m3u/playlist again at siptv.eu website?
completely remove and reinstall the siptv app
clear the cache on the Sammy
All these suggestions can make a world of difference, check google on how to clear the cache for your particular model of TV
