Voting and Getting Virus ?????

I honestly dont know why Avast is showing what i posted in my previous post and as dan pointed out his antivirus is also picking this up and on the other hand most of the other members on this thread have no problems entering to vote and your posts have indicated that the site is clean so moh is fairly :confused: at this stage.
 
I have been doing some searching online and everyone seems to be having the same issue with "Avast" showing this error when entering forums and related sites.
Here is also a report that was ran between other anti virus sites showing Avast the only one with this detection.

So it appears it might be an error in some of them, because it has some code on it that makes it look like an exploit where it is just a code for JFB.
 
It does say on the page, updated 15 hours ago, when i first checked, it was roughly 12 hours ago.
Just looking at the above post, maybe it is a false positive. Must be picking it up as a threat due to a recent signature update. But regardless, my antivirus will no longer let me stay on the site longer than a second, it cuts of the connection.
 
At this stage its also looking like a false positive to me lacaliboy but in saying that when you posted earlier that your Avast didnt detect it and mine and another member did plus your last post indicated that there seems to be a problem with Avast well i dunno .
 
I have deleted one suspicious site, see if that made a difference. Sorry to keep this going, I'm just trying to find a conclusion to this. :doh:

Now i get it ..its a conspiracy to stop most of us from voting and to knock us off the top spot as we have been there so long.......LOL LOL LOL
 
I too had a file that wanted to download to my pc without permission, I am behind that much it had no problem giving it a kick up the ass, apologies but until this has been resolved, for the safety of our forum members I will have to remove the banner.

Once the problem is fixed I won't have any problem placing the banner in our header once again.

If any members want to test the site then that is up to you and you can discuss it in here until the problem is solved. IF you want to test it then please do so via with links via PM. We don't want any links on the open forum that leads to a virus. You can discuss problems here until it is fixed but DO NOT post any links to the site until it is fixed.

This is no offense to the site owner, sometimes these sites get swamped with this shit and it is hard word getting to the root of the problem so respect to the site owner coming and trying to help, once its fixed I dont have any problem putting it back up.
