Vu Uno 4k SE help

Why can't I play 1440 2k content on my Uno 4k SE? I only get sound, no picture. Using OpenATV 7.3 image

What settings are you using on box and is tv 4K also?

TV is 4k. I forgot to mention that this concerns mostly content in E2iplayer

Forget it E2iplayer stopped getting updates 2+ years ago.

Forget it E2iplayer stopped getting updates 2+ years ago.

The xxx section is working and there i a lot of 2k content there but I only get sound and no picture from them. I tried downloading one and it played just fine on my computer -but will will not play on my Uno SE. WHY?
