Well at my time of life lf l can get relief with pain killers or whisky and morphine its all good for me, l don't see why l should suffer. l also use the Turmeric method.

Yes,Thats why the resin you can just put it straight into the cake mix with an egg and milk and bake it,usally takes 20 mins to cook.
