Not on UK satellite, IPTV, cable, or eurosats are the only ways to get it.

4.8E - 2+2 (Ukraine) - 11766 H 27500 - FTA
30W - Sport TV1 HD - 12246 H 27500 - CS
1W - Sport1 - 12563 H 27500 - CS
16E - Sportklub (Croatia) - 11595 H 30000 - CS
13E - Polsat PPV HD - 10911 V 27500 - CS
(The Polsat ppv channel is clearing at the moment but as it's PPV there's no guarantee it will stay that way)
steptoe on my V8s channel list Polsat PPV HD is Channel 459 on the 13E List.
