Well I think it was ex C&W but I still have the email as ntlworld. So might give Stafford a go later thanks.

Forgot to mention the net id on the actual tivo virmin box is the 41063 one also.

I have now got on my epg FAT TV D Astra and special interest and FTa TV3. and music Astra and FTA Tv Int . Astra and Erotic and HD/SD and then all the rest are normal so I think that's where the problem lies. But how do I get rid of them now ?

Any ideas on how too remove them from my epg?

I am running wooshbuild v6 on my zgemma H2S. There appears to be a small problem, when the box is turned to standby over night during the morning the box comes out of standby on it's own and remains on. I guess this is happening during automatic updates, any idea what settings needs to be changed to stop this from happening? Thanks

yes, download filezilla, and ftp into the box, in usr/keys, there will be newcamd.list and CCcam.cfg, copy them both to your computer (there may only be one of these files but if they're both there, copy them both), then after you've reflashed, copy them back to the same location.
If you're using oscam, go into oscam atv emu folder and copy the oscam.server file as well, return this back to same place also
 
Yea I'm too scared too do all of that again will have to sort then problem myself. Just found something in the epg settings it was enable eit epg and mhw epg and free sat and via sat and netmed epg and they were all on yes but I don't need them I just should have the virgin one on right?
