Hi guys....
I’ve just downloaded the plug in, put my password and username in and followed all instructions. However I didn’t have no option to put my email into or for to make payment. So I very much doubt it is working. Can someone please advise on how would I check that it’s working and where I would put my details in that I mentioned above that I wasn’t given the option to

Did you go on the Digibit website online and buy a subscription from them?
 
Can you please tell me when the vpn is working does it slow the speed you get to your box? Had a vpn router plugged in and it took my connection to my box to around 9mbs from about 65mbs

Upon sign up they will get a email from them, it will contain your new password, you must use this password to login on Zgemma, though it can be changed if you need too.

Yes it will slow down your connection as all vpn do, choose a server closest to location usually works best.
 
Cummon people you must know how to start a reflash there are loads of tuts about and they don't come much easier than basebuild. The man would have loads more time if the majority had a look about the forums before asking stupid questions in here

Can someone tell me whenever I run the woosh updates on the box and then reboot, it gets stuck on boot and I end up having to reflash :(
 
Zgemma h2s was running v7 seen an update available so updated it all, asked me if I wanted to reboot. I said yes and now it’s just stuck on boot and won’t load :(
 
I wouldn’t mind but I rearrange all of my channels so all numbers are same as sly and takes me a good 2-3 hours to set the box up exactly how I want it. Going to go back to a VU+ solo 2 box soon I think as never had so many issues
 
had to flash v7 again as it froze
can anyone advise on how to save/backup custom bouquets, so that when a new flash has been done i dont have to start from scratch rearranging bouquets (takes me about 30 minutes to get it the way i want)

excuse my noobness

any help appreciated
