Hi, new to this - purchased a box recently, managed to scan and receive all VM channels, put them into the autobouquets. However I can only view channels 1—7

Does anyone know the problem?

Already added by the seller? Is you box connected by ethernet to the internet?

Yes connected via an ether net. The VM line is working as I've not canceled subscription. The epg shows all the channels etc but only the freeview ones work.

I have the sky tuner A set to not configured, so tuner b is the only one in providers list.
