Hi. Im wondering if its possible to transfer the Data such as recording, Favourites from a old Storage Device to a New Hard Drive?

You can do that. Connect your box to FileZilla using your boxes IP address
Connect your other hard drive into your computer and then find the file that you want on your boxes HDD, and transfer it across.
Once you have transferred it across, check the format of the file and if you cannot run it in your media player, try downloading vlc media player or convert it to a standard file format
