Zgemma h2h epg showing but nothing playingg

Im getting frustrated by this z gemma h2h.
Can see all the epg programmes but nothing plays. Been checking the settings internet is fine.
Net id is correct.
Can any one help?

your image shows you are on SS cricket HD, HD ss channels are not available on cable

Hi none of the channels are working. Not even bbc 1 unless i do 101 but none of the normal channels or movie
Im on cable VM not sat.

why did you break it?
run a network test on box all green? no
reboot box and router and try again
if all green recheck your cam stop/start?
is your line working?

if 101 is working then it's your line, try restarting the cam (menu -> infopanel -> softcampanel -> green button to restart)

Il might be the line like you guys are saying. But the seller stopped replying. I only brought it in december.

Brougt it off ebay in dec.
Does it mean i need to buy a new line?

it's not uncommon to hear of people that have got a cheap line from ebay that doesn't last as long as was advertised, on the otherhand it could just be your provider is away.

He replied saying they will send me a copy of the c line. But everything should be working.
Still not working.

after checking the box for @Doofusscoofus it appears to be a line issue. lets hope his provider comes through with a new one
