I think you have selected default skin by mistake, you press green button twice that should take you to download plugins then you can go to skins to download kiddacs sky q. But before you install the skin go to skincomponents and install kiddacs shared skin first.

Looking for help, I am running Vu+ zero 4k with updated version of vix (6) and when I install xtream using the above command, it installs but wont open, just sits loading but never opens. Strange thing is it also happens if I revert to openvix version 5 using old pty2 xtream (which worked fine for the last 2 years. I flashed as this issue happened out of the blue on a working system with no manual update from me. I have tried changing to OpenPli and Open ATV but the same issue.
Any Ideas? Could it be an issue with my box?

Which command line are you using?
Have you used the one in post#12 of this thread?
You'll have to remove the installed plugin before installing a different version.
Your IPTV provider will probably have his own version, you should use that if he has one

You need this command line for vix 6 as runs python 3 so need the compatable xe
wget -O /tmp/install.sh "http://xeev.net/files/ipk/install3.sh" && chmod 755 /tmp/install.sh && /tmp/install.sh
wget -O /tmp/install.sh "http://xeev.net/files/ipk/install3.sh" && chmod 755 /tmp/install.sh && /tmp/install.sh

I have tried it across new images with updated XE and even rolled back to old images with old versions of XE that worked previously and the same thing still happens

Use jedi maker if you can get the url off your provider. This is why i never use XE rubbish 😆Thanks for clearing that up

Will give it a go, The version I found wont install on Vix 6 via install extensions after FTP. I just get an error "saying cannot satisfy the following dependencies for ...python-lzma" is there a version for the python 3 images? i am using a 5.32

You can just use the version on feeds download plugins, extensions
Tried that and I get an error Could not lock /run/opkg.locl: resource temporarily unavailable error. Same if I try and update to Slyk Q skin from plugins. No idea why, Any Ideas?
I am going to roll back to last version of Vix 5 and try them there as since updating to vix 6 on Vu Zero 4k iv had nothing but trouble

Try telnet opkg update

Openvix 5.4 feeds are no longer available so you won't be able to download plugins

Yeah spotted that so switched back to OpenVix 6.1.004
tried that command via putty and i got the same error as above
