Hi guys.

I've managed to find all channels with my satellite settings but certain channels such as Sky sports and BT sports are not working. It just comes up with a blank screen.

How can I fix this?

DO you have a live sub?

in order to get those channels you mentioned to work you will need a file which is referred to as a n or c line ... once you have this you will have to import it onto your box and retart your softpanel to put it simply.

If you have already a file, then its just a process of elimination as it were. Ensure you have imported the file correctly.

Yeah mate I already have a C line and I have selected CCCam2.3.0 but only some channels seem to be working.

None at all. It just comes up with a blank screen when I press them.

is your box getting an internet connection, check network settings and make sure box has an ip allocated to it
have you started your cam, you will need to start mgcamd if you have a newcamd.list file on your box or cccam if you have a cccam.cfg file on your box
also try rebooting router and box by unplugging the router and box from wall ,wait a couple mins then plug router in and wait for it to connect to the internet then plug box back in

Just tried all of that but paid channels still don't seem to be showing although the signal is fine just like all of the other channels.

are free to air channels are working? ... if so
I would suggest its more than likely a line issue
is it a new line or have you had it a while ( could it have expired )
and its not a line off ebay is it
have you contacted your supplier to make sure everythings good at his end
you could also try another test line to confirm if its a line issue

Yeah cheers mate, will try to use a test line tomorrow as I have school in the morning. Thanks for your help. Will let you know how it goes.
