Zgemma H2S - Wooshbuild 6 - NordVPN setup

ruser

Newbie
Hi
Is it possible to install/setup NordVPN on zgemma H2s (running wooshbuild 6). Any step by step guide.
Thanks
Regards

You need to set it up directly on the router so all traffic goes through it. They will most likely have a guide for doing it

The conf file will depend on the server you choose. Have you renamed the conf file and also added login.txt with your Nord credentials?

Yup,
Client.conf
pass.txt ( for the login )
and the crt file

client
dev tun
proto udp
remote serverip PORT
resolv-retry infinite
nobind
auth-nocache
tun-mtu 1500
tun-mtu-extra 32
mssfix 1450
ca uk15_nordvpn_com_ca.crt
persist-key
persist-tun
reneg-sec 0
auth-user-pass login.txt
#mute 10000
comp-lzo
verb 3
slog /etc/openvpn/what.log

Ive done portfowarding on UDP on my router as well just incase, at the logs shows that its connecting but when I check the public IP its no good.

pass.txt? The name has to be the same as the one in the client.conf - login.txt

All 3 files are in openvpn dir within etc folder?

The files can be downloaded in your account area in NORDVPN under download area-linux.

Sorry it is login.txt in the config file.

They are all in the /etc/openvpn/ folder, i even updated the conf file with the whole path /etc/openvpn/login.txt

so not really sure what it is.

when i start the service below is what the log file looks like, not sure if this means successful connection or not.
also when i do netstat ( i cant see any connection on 1194 ) which is really weird !

I have downloaded the server details and the certs but I am still unable to complete the setup through putty. I am aware the details will be slightly different depending on the server used but could you provide a copy of your edited conf file as an example. thanks
