A new version of the Add VPN Easily plugin has just been uploaded. The latest version is 1.06
The latest version now includes the provider called Strong VPN

Although we don't recommend any providers, I certainly don't recommend Strong VPN for new users.
Normally with VPN, you sign up and get given a username and password. You then chose a server and use said username and password. The easy VPN adder lets you select the servers and you input your username and password - ONCE. The plugin does the rest.
Strong VPN gives you a brand new username and password every time you want to change servers, because of this you MUST go to their website, change server and then use your NEW username and password. What a ball ache.
The Easy VPN adder plugin still lists Strong VPN servers, but you MUST still go to the site, select the server you have chosen in the plugin and then add your new username and password into the plugin. With this provider, the plugin still sorts the files for you which saves connecting to your box and copying files manually like the others providers, but it is still ball ache to have to go and get a new username and password all the time
If you are a new user to VPN and are wondering who to use, I don't suggest this provider as it is a pain in comparison to the others in the easy VPN adder.
Final words
Which ever VPN provider you may be considering, only purchase directly from their site which you have found from Google and gone to from Google. There are fake VPN servers out there which don't actually do anything except collect your name, telephone number etc before selling them on. It may change your IP address but doesn't mean it is masking your tracks. Try and stick with known names in VPN or recommendations from users on here and go directly to the VPN providers site.

Wooshman, could you give me a fix or explain the thin black line at top of screen in image above?
it`s been there every day for months from around the time i first got my iptv sub and that`s what i`ve been putting it down to all this time.....
probs something my providers end, but last night i noticed when i press the "help" button on remote, when the channel info appears at bottom of screen the line disappears at the top.....does that suggest build or image related and some setting or something?
on vu+ solo2 box and the black line was there on zgemma h2s i`ve just upgraded from too.

i actualy have this same problem on my h2s too . was pretty sure is was my iptv provider . cause i dont think i get it on the free to air sat channels . must check it again over the weekend
yes as far as I can tell it's not/never on freesat channels....although lately I think I saw it appear on a Freesat recording or at least while i was watching it and also on iptv player but not garanteed there like iptv stream is.

will check it out on mine and report back, actually was watching somethin on the iptv stream last night. dont think the black line was there.
ok...just for clarification, i mean by iptv stream that`s the sub/provider one and the black line is guaranteed there for me i think,
iptv player is the plugin for movies etc and i`ve seen it on there at least once lately but often there`s black bars top and bottom of screen so this line would`nt show up anyway....i`ve also had full screen content in iptv player and the lines not been there too.

can someone help please. I have installed a fresh version of WB7 no my Zgemma H2S and FTP'd the CCcam.cfg to the /etc folder. I have activated the CCcam via softcam manager and restarted the box. Unfortunately I have noticed that none of the remaining premium are showing on the EPG. On the Cam 1, the "system" is showing FTA.
Also, the EPG for some of the channels are missing.
Please could someone tell me how to activate my CCcam corretly and how to apply a forced EPG rescan??

Thanks, it seems my settings are wrong. It's showing to scan on FTA and area as meridian south East. How do I go about changing those?

I replied to you on your other thread, go into wb-config and change from the default setting which is freesat to the one that you want

Any way to get the EPG to return to channel being viewed rather that first channel in that group.. eg. I'm watching itv4 and want to see whats on next but when i open epg it is at BBC1 and i have to scroll down though 2 or 3 pages of channels to get back to itv4. I'd rather that because i'm on ITV4 the epg opened on that channel. can't seem to find anything in any obvious settings options.

P.S whilst i'm pushing my luck is there any chance of torguard being added to the easy vpn plugin??

does pressing the up or down arrow work better for what you need rather than pressing epg button....that brings up the particular bouquet i think on the channel you`re already on.

Cheers yes thats great for now next.. If i wanted to look later in the day though... Not so much.. I know i'm being a pain but if the main epg opened on the current channel it would work better for me.. Maybe just personal preference but i'm sure i'm not alone.

my epg button brings up the section and current channel i`m on....i`ve just tried it with itv4 so not sure, if its a setting hopefully someone else can chime in.

Hi I need a bit of help, I am on build5 and my cross epg started to play the other day with subscription channels going off the sky skin, it now only shows free sat channels, i have cross egp 0.6.2 in system plugins but removed it and downloaded 0.8.2 and did a new download, it worked at first but today shows only free sat channels again, my question is can i update to build 7 from 5 or do i have to go 6 first and then 7 as i believe a update may fix it
