Apologies in advance (setup of Ibox plus2)

It doesn't :( It literallt says "Downloading" for a second and then stops

It says "Dowloading" for half a second. changes to "loading" then back to the cross epg menu
 
When you're on a normal channel and press down button on remote do you see programme titles beside each channel? If so press epg button on remote to bring up 7 day epg for that specific channel
 
when I press down, it brings up the channel list, some of them have programs next to them but loads dont. the epg doesn't show the full guide for sky living and thats what i've got on.

It's doing something now I pressed download on the Sky Uk one.

Any other tips for me regarding making the box better?
 
Make sure recordings and timeshift settings are now set to HDD

Menu
setup
system
recording - once set go back to system screen and choose timeshift. Set both to media/hdd

If I get chance later I will try and send pics of my settings which are taken from one of Sucmnsee's backups, so thanks to him for saving me time on setting up!
 
Thanks mate, i'm off to lie down now. 2 days has killed me!!!

Thank you for all your help and I shall let you all know whats wrong with the box when I wake up :')
