Black screen on ibox

Hi guys

I have a cloud ibox 2 plus and all the channels work except sly sports and movies when I select the the screen stays black

Any1 know why

When was the last time autobouqets did an update? Try that just in case.
Or if its HD versions they're gone.
But you can change setting to SD to make it all order better.

Tried Autoboquets maker and autoboquets e2. Both find all the channels and the movie listed is right but when I select it the screen jus stays black

Yeah it's only the HD channels the sd ones are working. The only HD channels that work are BBC 1 and itv

Providers
And change to sd
Then exit and do abm scan

Yeh it sucks but maybe fix some day......

Yeah it is. Don't know why it stopped working. If I press the down arrow on the remote it brings up the guide as a list so I can just use that til I get sorted
 
It may have just been a one off crash. Happens time to time. Try using again and hope for the best.
 
The epg is still crashing looks like I'm going to have to re flash it. How do I get my cccam/subscription code of it? As it was a friend's who updated to a Vu box so gave me this. But a guy installed it for him. Plus a guide for the vix re flash / reinstall process would be great

Ok first to get ur line backed up. Do you have an ftp program on ur pc. Something like dcc or filezilla?
And if u were running the wrong image on it its fine we'll get a clone safe 1 on now.

It says cloud ibox 2+ in his crash report.........but I dont know if that means anything.

when box bricks we can say 100% it was original firmware on a clone and as stated somebody else did box and did not know.
