Have you scanned on the right Net id for your area with the correct provider? Check the virgin site for faults in your area too as this might be causing problems.
Thank for the replies,checked everything,seems to be in order,happened a couple of years ago,that was cured when it was discovered that the the TP'S had to be the same as the tivo box,is anyone in Lichfield area having probs,heard that 850's are ok.
Lot better cable boxs on the market now , i no they have no sub after you buy one but lets be honest i would never go near that box again
Due to the glitching and unreliability
you dont lose channels unless the box is factory reset and yes boxes in some areas are not working again=just wait for more info as someone says boxes coming back now.
