Hi cactikid,been down for 2-3 weeks in Lichfield area now,scans ok finding channels fine,all scrambled except fta,any ideas? [A780].

Have you scanned on the right Net id for your area with the correct provider? Check the virgin site for faults in your area too as this might be causing problems.

Also check that your internet cable is connected aswell

Thank for the replies,checked everything,seems to be in order,happened a couple of years ago,that was cured when it was discovered that the the TP'S had to be the same as the tivo box,is anyone in Lichfield area having probs,heard that 850's are ok.

Mine`s all still good did a factory reset and reboot of router also got VM to check my broadband for issues

you dont lose channels unless the box is factory reset and yes boxes in some areas are not working again=just wait for more info as someone says boxes coming back now.

My channels vanished around 11 am today, merseyside area.

Are there any new cable boxes out more reliable and stable than kv ?
