Here's the third hatching during feeding time. In fact, one of the other chicks, while wobbling around to get fed seems to knock the shell off the third one.

From the Decorah Eagles Facebook page:-

~ Welcome D20 at 10:42AM CT ~

D20 was already making significant progress in hatching and had an inadvertent assist from wingman D18 who brushed the shell with its wing wobbling past to take part in breakfast brunch.

Bob Anderson said, "It is completely amazing that all three eggs hatched owing to the extreme low temperatures and heavy snows. Completely amazing!" We might say, Speggtacular!
Congrats Mom & Dad, and welcome to the world little one!

Thank you to our great video makers for capturing the hatch!

They sure are Ally, particularly like the "mum-berella" ;) where they cover the chicks with their wings.

A couple of videos
First feeding time, look at the little fella still being stood all over

[video=youtube;JdKo0IAC1qA]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JdKo0IAC1qA[/video]

4/17 @ 6:11a ct @ 6 min vid; M gets up, stretches, and hops to an off cam branch where she can keep a close eye on the awakening e's as they cool off a bit from being under her. D18 was 2 weeks old , yesterday, and D19 is 2 weeks old today. They are at the point of being able to thermoregulate [not having to have the P's 100% of time, to hold their body temp] D 20 will still cuddle under the P or the sibs, it has another 5 days of time to catch up. M hops back on the nest and vocalizes, we hear D answering her in b.g. After her brief break, she gets back on the nest bowl and pulls up materials to help insulate the e's
[thx chico]

Video of the same Ally,

From their FB page
4/24 @ 9:20a ct @ 3 min vid; Off and on rains in Decorah and here, it's back "on." M & D circle the e filled nest bowl and both P's huddle together to lay a bigger waterproof feather blanket over their e's.
[thx eaglewhisperer18 for vid and extra b.g. music!]
